This 26 session course offers a unique combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and coaching. This is a powerful blend that allows for both personal and professional transformation.

Assessment & Understanding the Problem (Sessions 1–4)
Core CBT Skills & Strategies (Sessions 5–12)
Strengthening Skills & Preparing for Transition (Sessions 13–20)
Sessions will held weekly and last an hour. This helps build momentum and create positive cognitive and behavioural habits.

Goal: Help you transition from therapy to growth-focused coaching. Define your vision for the future
Mindset & Habit Transformation
Goal: Strengthen mindset, build positive habits, and take action toward goals.
Long-Term Success & Integration
Goal: Strengthen independence, refine strategies, and ensure lasting transformation.
We will agree the spacing of sessions, but these can be weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
How many sessions should I book?
Phase 1 includes 20 weekly CBT sessions to understand and address your difficulties, building skills to think constructively, act positively, and manage emotions. Once improved, Phase 2 follows with 6 future-focused coaching sessions to reinforce progress and support lasting change.
Pricing
The cost of the 26 session course is £3,042. This is a 10% reduction on booking the same number of sessions individually.
