Hello, I’m Menah
I am a qualified coach, CBT therapist, EMDR therapist, and Occupational Therapist. I have 17 years’ experience working in various mental health settings as a coach, therapist, manager and clinical supervisor, within the NHS and in private practice.
I have supported individuals from diverse backgrounds, including charity leaders across the world, entrepreneurs, business owners and professionals.
My core values are trust, respect, integrity, accountability, and compassion.
I hold a PhD from Queen Mary, University of London, focusing on migrant women’s experiences with UK immigration detention and mental health.
My mixed heritage (British and Mauritian) enriches my life, and I love hiking, sea swimming, and caring for my many houseplants.
