What is Coaching?

I offer CBT-informed coaching. Coaching is all about helping you move forward with clarity and confidence. Whether you want to improve self-belief, navigate life changes, or set and achieve meaningful goals, coaching provides the support and structure to help you get there.

Coaching is future-focused, helping you break through limiting beliefs and take action. Through a supportive and empowering approach, we’ll work together to unlock your potential and create lasting, positive change in your life.

How many sessions should I book?

Sessions can be arranged on demand and the number of sessions depends on what you need. I recommend booking at least three sessions to experience my coaching style and whether it works for you.


Pricing

Sessions last between 60-90 minutes and cost £130 per hour. Blocks of 6 sessions receive a 5% discount when booked in one go.
