Perimenopause at Work
For Organisations
Perimenopause affects millions of people at work - and, increasingly, it's affecting how organisations are expected to respond. From spring 2027, employers with 250 or more staff will need to publish a Menopause Action Plan alongside their gender pay gap reporting, under the Employment Rights Act 2025. Many organisations are already using the current voluntary period to put genuine, evidence-based support in place.
I work with organisations to build that support - through training and workshops grounded in clinical expertise, not generic wellbeing content.
Why work with me?
I'm Dr Menah Raven-Ellison, a BABCP-accredited CBT practitioner with a PhD from Queen Mary University of London. I have 17 years' clinical experience across the NHS and private practice, including line management and clinical supervision experience within the NHS. My specialism is perimenopause - I understand both the clinical reality of what people are experiencing and what genuinely helps in a workplace setting.
That means the training I deliver isn't just awareness-raising. It's built on the same evidence base I use in clinical practice, which is exactly what's needed if you want an action you can properly stand behind in your published plan.

Equips managers to hold supportive, confident conversations and put reasonable adjustments in place consistently - not just in theory. Built around realistic workplace scenarios.
-
