CBT + Coaching Transformation Course

A combined 26-week course of CBT and coaching, to maximise your personal and professional growth

CBT

Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are connected. It’s a practical and evidence-based approach that can help with difficulties including anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem and trauma. In our sessions, you’ll learn simple but powerful tools to shift negative thinking, manage emotions, and build healthier habits. CBT is a collaborative process, meaning we’ll work together to help you feel more in control and create lasting, positive changes in your life.

Sessions are usually held weekly and can be arranged on demand. Therapy is commonly short term, but guidance by NICE recommends between 12-20 sessions depending on your difficulties. Some of my clients remain in therapy for an extended period of time.

Sessions usually last an hour and when booked individually cost £130 per session.

Blocks of 6 sessions receive a 5% discount when booked in one go.

What to expect from CBT

  • During your first and second appointment, we'll explore your current challenges and begin to gain a clear understanding of the issue. I'll also introduce you to the principles of CBT, and together, we'll set meaningful therapy goals.

  • Together, we’ll map out a clear, written diagram of your difficulties, exploring how they developed and what’s maintaining them. This process often brings valuable insight, helping you understand the ‘why’ behind your struggles. With this clarity, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how to move forward and overcome them.

  • We'll meet weekly to explore your difficulties in a practical, solution-focused way. You’ll develop a toolkit of insights and strategies to learn how to become your own therapist. Between sessions, you'll have therapeutic tasks to help you apply what you're learning, allowing you to build confidence and make meaningful progress in your daily life.

Coaching

I offer CBT-informed coaching. Coaching is all about helping you move forward with clarity and confidence. Whether you want to improve self-belief, navigate life changes, or set and achieve meaningful goals, coaching provides the support and structure to help you get there.

Coaching is future-focused, helping you break through limiting beliefs and take action. Through a supportive and empowering approach, we’ll work together to unlock your potential and create lasting, positive change in your life.

Sessions can be arranged on demand and the number of sessions depends on what you need.

Sessions last between 60-90 minutes and cost £130 per hour.

Blocks of 6 sessions receive a 5% discount when booked in one go.

Coaching is flexible and client-led, allowing us to focus on your needs and goals. This might include some, or all, of the following:

CBT + Coaching Transformation Course

This 26 session course offers a unique combination of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and coaching. This is a powerful blend that allows for both personal and professional transformation.

Phase one of the course consists of 20 weekly sessions that takes an evidence-based CBT approach. We'll explore your difficulties and develop a clear understanding of what's keeping it all going. Then, we'll help you develop a toolkit of skills and strategies to help you help yourself and feel better. This will include learning ways to think more constructively, do more of the things that help and less of the things that don't, and to cope with difficult emotions and physical sensations.

Once you’re feeling better and have the toolkit you need, we'll transition to phase two. This entails 6 sessions that will take a future-oriented coaching approach. These sessions will help you consolidate on your progress, maintain your new learning and achieve long-lasting change. 

The cost of the 26 session course is £3,042. This is a 10% reduction on booking the same number of sessions individually.

I offer an additional 10% reduction for people working in the not for profit sector, which means an overall cost of £104 per session.

What to expect from the CBT + Coaching Transformation Course

    • Strengthening Skills & Preparing for Transition (Sessions 13–20)

    Sessions will held weekly and last an hour. This helps build momentum and create positive cognitive and behavioural habits.

    • Vision & Direction

      Goal: Help you transition from therapy to growth-focused coaching. Define your vision for the future

    • Mindset & Habit Transformation

      Goal: Strengthen mindset, build positive habits, and take action toward goals.

    • Long-Term Success & Integration

      Goal: Strengthen independence, refine strategies, and ensure lasting transformation.

    We will agree the spacing of sessions, but these can be weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
